Healthy Gluten Free Class next month!

Another Gluten Free Healthy class next month! Friday February 17th, 6:30 pm at DreamMaker, the menu is as follows:
~A rainbow of veggies with Mediterranean roasted eggplant dip- baba ganoush & homemade ranch dip
~Chick Pea "Tabouleh"- made without cracked wheat- fresh herbs, tomatoes, feta & olives
~Roasted Beet, Quinoa & Goat Cheese Salad- hearty and flavorful!

~Grilled Wild Caught Cod with Chermoula-mild fish with a tasty herbalicious sauce!(parsley, saffron, etc.)
~Healthy Feijoda-a spicy Brazilianblack bean stew
