Soup:  Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque
Sweet yet savory, creamy & dreamy! Butternut squash and Mutsu apples are roasted to bring out their natural sweetness, then pureed and combined with a roasted garlic broth and Michigan maple syrup. Topped with crème fraiche & spiced walnuts

Chopped organic romaine tossed with savory pickled beets, feta cheese, kalamata olives, zesty banana peppers, grape tomatoes & chunks-o-cukes, Zahtar spiced pita chips (baked-not fried! J)
