Week of 1/3-1/9/11

Zee Weekly Menu...
(I have sick kids this week, strep throat, so things may change up a bit, depending on my time...)
Monday:Turkey, veggie, cheese and bean "Taquitos" rolled in whole wheat...dipped them in Red Hot, SPICYLICIOUS! Fresh strawberries, Kiddies had graham crackers dipped in leftover chocolate frosting
Tuesday: Mediterranean grilled chicken breasts, Cous Cous with tomatoes, basil and fresh mozzarella, cucumber salad, homemade applesauce
Wednesday:Grilled Salmon, basmati rice, curried vegetables, clementines
Thursday:Grilled Sizzler Steaks with sauteed shrooms' n' onions, salad with blue cheese, pecans and fresh cherries
Friday: pizza,pizza---may even throw in a desserty apple streusel pizza! Yummmers!
Saturday:Meatballs n' sghetti, homemade bread, salad with lots of vegggggies
Sunday:Pork Roast with fresh rosemary, kentucky maple sweet potatoes, braised red cabbage,  homemade potato rolls
