A KIND OF Menu for this week...

Late, I KNOW! BUT!!! (and there is always one of those...) In the last week, on top of the usual fuss and muss, I have had kids with strep throat, a husband working massive crazy hours, 2 migraines (one without meds...got em' now, YAY^^^I am rejoicing about THAT!) and a Thai class, and  the cleanup of dog diarrhea....YUCK> I have had a smashed stupid infected thumb, officially called "paranoychia"....SO! Enough said.
This is what we have had for our dinners this week...minimal prep work b/c of my dumb thumb.
Monday:Yummy chili with adzuki beans, corny corn muffins
Tuesday:Chicken Saltimbocca and beet pasta with blue cheese and toasted walnuts, spinach salad
Wednesday:Went to BW3...kids night!!!!
Thursday:Turkey Tacos, per Tonce's request, brownies (the best boxed ones out there! Ghiradelli's triple chocolate, ummy yummy)
Friday:Homemade Pizzas, Movie night!
Saturday: My dear friend Michelle is watching ALL FIVE kids, OVERNIGHT, so that hubby and I can go out for dinner...where??? no clue.
Sunday: Rollatini with fresh mushrooms and spinach, homemade asiago bread, salad...start training for a 10K at 5 am Monday, need some pasta, baby!!!
