I call it "Banana Bread Smooooothie"
Makes 2 servings
1 C skim milk
1 C 0% fat GREEK yogurt
2 frozen bananas, peeled & sliced
2 T almond butter
1/2 t. almond extract
2 T wheat germ
2 t honey
Blend all ingredients in a blender, a great out-the-door on-the-go breakfast!
