Wednesday: Firecracker Salmon, stirfry Vegetables, Brown Rice
Thursday: Citrus Roasted Chicken,Smashed Potatoes, green beans and Homemade applesauce
Friday:Thinking it may be a Griffins kind of night! $1 beers and dogs! (definitely a cheat night for the ol' training diet!)
Saturday: Turkey Sausage and peppers with whole wheat penne & mozzarella, homemade asiago bread
Sunday:Chili and all the fixins'!
