Monday: Grilled Wild Cod with lemon, garlic and parsley, Roasted tri-colored Fingerling potatoes with shallots & fresh rosemary, Sauteed Spinach with tomatoes & balsamic vinegar
Tuesday:Chicken Enchiladas, homemade black bean, corn & avocado salsa with baked tortillas, Cut fruit
Wednesday: Chicken Saltimbocca served over fresh BEET pasta, with toasted walnuts and blue cheese, sauteed beet greens... oh my mouth is watering! YUM!
Thursday:Pad Thai with Shrimp, Asian Slaw
Friday: THAI CLASS! The fam will be eatin' pizza:0)
Saturday: Whole Wheat Rollatinis with spinach and sauteed mushrooms, salad, homemade asiago bread
Sunday: Homemade hearty Chicken noodle Soup, veggies and spinach dip
