For my family...we will be dining on the following:
Monday: Smoky Cheddar Broccoli Soup with Homemade Asiago Bread, Vegetable Crudite, Homemade Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Tuesday:Meat-a-balls w/Pesto-Tomato & Olive Sauce, Pasta, Italian Bread, Spinach Salad
Wednesday: Meditteranean Grilled Chicken, Whole Wheat Penne Pasta w/roasted peppers, kalmata olives & feta cheese, Homemade Apple Crisp, yum
THURSDAY, FRIDAY< SATURDAY, SUNDAY are on my Mom & Dad! Hubby and I will be in Louisville for my BFF from grade school's weddin'! YAY!!! Congrats LISH! ;0)
