*Hint* this recipe calls for fresh jalapeños- seeing that I 1- have children who don't necessarily love hot stuff-and 2- live on an island where the grocery store doesn't always carry them-always keep canned diced green chiles on hand. A little spice will do us nice!😉 Also using chicken and stock made from our roasted Chicken Sunday!(with the size of my family I always cook two at once!)
Tuesday: Chinese pork ribs from my $3 Meals cookbook
Flying Fish Salad from my Earthbound Organic Farm Cookbook (the dressing is soooooo good!)
Wednesday: Penne pasta with

Finally utilizing some yummy Michigan goods from my sister:)
