8 oz. light cream cheese, softened
2 T. butter, softened
1/2 t. each dried thyme, basil, oregano & chives
3 cloves garlic, pressed
2 T. white wine
Lotsa cracked black pepper
Blend all ingredients together and refrgierate overnight. Serve with crackers or crostini...I will be smearing this on pounded chicken breasts to make my hubby's fave" Chicken Galliano" tomorrow night!
