Dates on RPS website and brochure incorrect...

Hello my Chef Robin friends! Unfortunately a few dates for my classes were misconstrued on the www.rpssignmeup.com website, as well as in the Spring brochure....
The CORRECT dates for the following classes are as follows:

"Breakfasts on the Go" is Monday April 25th, NOT Thursday April 28th.

"Mediterranean Faves" is a TWO evening class, Monday May 9th and 16th.

"Simply Grilling" is Friday June 24th, NOT Friday June 17th.

Sorry for this inconvenience, please make a note on your calendars, and contact ME with any questions. Thanks!

This weather is making me CRAZY!!! BUT here is your menu for the week at the Chef's Maison...

OK, yesterday it was sunny and 80...so hot and sunny that I got sunburned, and so did one of my kiddos...a record setting temp! Hasn't been even close to that since the 1930's! WOW. Today, it's 40ish and I am about to start a fire in our wood stove to heat the COLD house. It's madness, I tell you, MADNESS.....Anyway, I hope everyone had a fun and relaxing spring break! We hung out in town, didnt do too much, but the kids got to stay up late AND sleep in :) they were digging that, for sure! Now back to the ol' daily grind ...
Here's the menu for the week:

Monday: SpanishDusted turkey tenderloins with Tropical salsa and curried aioli, Spinach salad with mandarin oranges, toasted almonds and raspberry vinaigrette

Tuesday: Balsamic glazed grilled flank steak, roasted redskins with scallions, walnuts and blue cheese, steakhouse salad

Wednesday: Meatballs in an Olivey-tomatoey- caperish sauce with spaghetti, italian-style green beans, homemade Asiago bread

Thursday: Breakfast for dinner! Sausage n' cheddar egg strata, cut fruit

Friday: Turkey Taco Pizza! Yum!

Saturday: Mediterranean style grilled cod with kalmata olives, feta and roasted peppers, cous cous & sauteed spinach

Spring Break!!! What are y'all doing this week?!

We are hangin' at home ;0( Nothing too exciting this week. A sleepover for two of the kids tonight, went to the library and movie theater Friday. Hopefully going swimming at the MAC with Kristi & Emma someday this week!
Our FamMenu will be a tad boring this week, as I am sort of " detoxing" so as to better my body for my 10K...and of course to feel awesome!
So bare with the boring...I have incorporated my meals into my fam's, so I am not making 2 meals every night!
Monday: Lemon-Dilly Grilled fish, steamed green beans, roasted redskins, vanilla ice cream with Heath bar cookies for da' kiddies

Tuesday: Italian Style Grilled chicken, sautéed crimini mushrooms, Broccoli & Brown rice

Wednesday: Curried Turkey tenderloin, mango salsa, curry aioli, steamed green beans, roasted redskins

Thursday: Greek grilled chicken, minted yellow squash, savory brown rice, some sort of yummy treat made with the lovies!

Friday: pizza for da' fam ...with a lighter version (ham, pineapple n' blue cheese, yum!) for this running machine!

Saturday: stir fried rice with Asian vegetables and beef, orange wedges, corny fortune cookies for the kids:)

Sunday: Hmmmm...I am going to go with some Baked whole wheat penne with zucchini, ground turkey...a nice spinach salad, some homemade bread

SOoOoO...a tad boring, as I said, but we shall see how it goes! No caffeine for me this week! YowZeRs! Watchout!!! :0) Have a fun-filled Spring break, and if anyone has some inexpensive fun stuff to do with the kiddos, LET ME KNOW PLEASE!
